Cruiser Class Dinner 2017

Saturday 25th March 1900

We'll have brief Class Captain's report and forecast for the future, followed by some 70's family entertainment ………Good game, good game !!

Dress code is Black Tie and Posh Frocks, whichever you prefer.

Tempura prawns with sweet chilli dip

Dorset farmhouse pate with Melba roast

Oven roasted rump of British lamb with rosemary and port jus

Loin of Atlantic cod with lemon and parsley butter

Spinach and ricotta tortellini in a wild mushroom veloute with garlic bread

Dessert

Homemade lemon cheese cake and cream

Raspberry and white chocolate roulade

Cheese and biscuits with grapes and celery
